In 2007, Island Fire Alarms received third party training to service and install Fire Extinguishers through the IFEDA organisation, ensuring IFA meet ALLthe requirements of the FSO (Fire Safety Order) with regard to being competent (the examination and training is recognised by BAFE (British Approvals for Fire Equipment) as satisfying BAFE scheme SP101 ensuring IFA is qualified to install and maintain to BS5306 parts 3 and 8.
